培養(yǎng)掌握護(hù)理學(xué)的基本理論和專業(yè)技能,從事臨床護(hù)理工作的高級技術(shù)應(yīng)用性專門人才。

培養(yǎng)技能

1、掌握相關(guān)的人文社會科學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)、預(yù)防保健的基本理論知識,掌握護(hù)理學(xué)基本理論、基本技能、基本知識,掌握護(hù)理急、慢性和重癥病人的護(hù)理原則、技術(shù)操作、?？谱o(hù)理和監(jiān)護(hù)技能,并能夠應(yīng)用護(hù)理程序?qū)Ψ?wù)對象實(shí)施整體護(hù)理;

2、具有社區(qū)健康服務(wù)、護(hù)理管理和護(hù)理教育的基本能力;

3、熟悉衛(wèi)生工作方針、政策和法規(guī);了解護(hù)理學(xué)的學(xué)科發(fā)展方向與動態(tài);

4、掌握醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)檢索、資料調(diào)查的基本方法,具有一定的科學(xué)研究和實(shí)際工作能力。
